Each eSIM QR code can generally be scanned only once. If you accidentally deleted the eSIM or need to reinstall it, contact your eSIM provider's support team.

Most providers can issue a replacement activation code for an eligible purchase.

eSIM Accidentally Deleted

If you deleted the eSIM from your device, contact customer support and ask for a replacement activation code.

Do not immediately purchase a new plan. Many providers can reissue the QR code for the same purchase.

Hotspot Isn't Working

First, confirm that your eSIM plan supports hotspot or tethering. Some plans may restrict hotspot usage.

If hotspot is supported, make sure your eSIM is selected as the primary mobile data line and that Personal Hotspot is enabled in your device settings.
